Shipping

Customers can expect to receive their items within 3 to 5 business days for orders within the USA and 6 to 10 business days for international orders, or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.  Shipping prices are flat-rate per order, meaning that no matter how many products you buy, the shipping price is the same. 

Return Policy

Wild Gems accepts returns of any jewelry item for up to 30 days after the item was received. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the 100% of the price of the jewelry, original shipping and any taxes paid.  Wild Gems cannot be responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. 

Product Guarantee

In the case of defective merchandise (if it breaks or is damaged in a way that is not a normal part of wear), please return it to us so that we can replace it for you.

Examples of covered defects are a stone falling out of its setting (note that the stone must be included in the package sent back to us for a full replacement) or soldered pieces breaking.

Examples of normal wear (not grounds for a replacement) are natural silver tarnish, dings or marks on the silver and scratches on the stones.
